Paygio — Privacy Policy

Short version

Paygio has no server and no account system. Everything you record stays on your device and is never uploaded to us. The only exception is the optional in-app purchase, which the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and RevenueCat handle — they never receive your records.

What Paygio and its purchase providers process

Paygio does not collect or receive your ledger, attachments, contact details or other personal information. It has no behavioral analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs or third-party trackers.

The optional purchase infrastructure is the limited exception. The app store and RevenueCat process purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier for entitlement delivery, receipt validation, customer history, purchase charts and purchase experiments. This is the "App functionality" and "Analytics" use disclosed on Google Play. They do not receive your ledger or information about how you use Paygio's record-keeping features.

Paygio's own code contains no networking at all. This is enforced automatically: the build fails if any network API (fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, EventSource, navigator.sendBeacon) appears anywhere in the source. Network access exists only inside the store's purchase system (Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing) and the RevenueCat SDK described under Purchases below.

Purchases

Paygio Pro is an optional one-time purchase, sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system on iPhone and Google Play Billing on Android, with RevenueCat as the entitlement layer.

• When you buy, restore or redeem an offer or promo code, the store (Apple or Google) and RevenueCat process the purchase and entitlement information (purchase history) needed to answer "has this Apple ID or Google account bought Paygio Pro?" on this and any future device. RevenueCat creates an anonymous identifier for this; you are not asked for a name, an email address or an account.
• Offer and promo codes are entered in the store's own redemption screen. Paygio never sees, stores or validates a code.
• Your ledger — people, debts, amounts, notes and attachments — is never sent to RevenueCat, to Apple, to Google, or to us. The purchase layer is told nothing about it.
• If you never buy Paygio Pro, none of this runs.

What stays on your device

Everything you record — people, debts, payments, notes, categories and any receipts or documents you attach.

• Your records are stored in an encrypted database on your device.
• The encryption key is generated on your device from cryptographically random bytes and stored in the iOS Keychain (Android Keystore). When iCloud Keychain is enabled, iOS may synchronise the key and backup password end-to-end encrypted to devices using the same Apple Account. The Android secure copy remains on that device.
• Attachments are copied into the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read.

When data leaves your device

Content you transfer can leave the phone in these situations:

1. Export (CSV / PDF). The file goes wherever you send it through the system share sheet — email, Files, another app. That destination's own privacy policy applies.
2. Encrypted backup. The backup file is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, derived with PBKDF2-SHA256 (600,000 iterations) and authenticated so that tampering or a wrong passphrase is detected. If you lose the passphrase, the backup cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us.
3. Attachments you re-share. Same as export: it goes where you send it.

If you enable automatic backup and choose a shared folder, Paygio can write an encrypted backup there once a week. iOS may also synchronise the Keychain items described above through iCloud Keychain. No data is sent to a Paygio-operated server.

Device backups

If you back your phone up to iCloud or a computer, that backup may include Paygio's database file, but use Paygio's own encrypted backup to move your ledger. With iCloud Keychain enabled, Paygio can try the saved password automatically on a new iPhone. On a new Android device, you enter the backup password once.

Permissions

• Photos — only when you choose to attach a receipt or invoice. Paygio reads the image you pick and copies it into its own private storage. It does not browse your library and does not request camera or microphone access.
• Notifications — used only for local due-date reminders that your device schedules itself. Nothing is sent through any push server.
• Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint / face unlock — used only to unlock the app. Biometric data is handled entirely by the operating system; Paygio never sees it.

Deleting your data

• Your ledger. Everything you record lives only on your device. Delete individual records inside the app, or uninstall Paygio to erase the whole database and its key. There is no copy on any Paygio server to delete.
• Purchase records. If you bought Paygio Pro, RevenueCat keeps the purchase record under an anonymous identifier. To have it deleted, email fatihpulcuoglu@gmail.com with the subject "Paygio data deletion" and, if you can, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt. We delete the RevenueCat customer record within 30 days and confirm by email. Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their own privacy policies; deleting the RevenueCat record does not remove your purchase from your Apple ID or Google account.

Children

Paygio is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Your ledger stays on your device, and no account is created.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top.

• Satın alırken, geri yüklerken veya bir teklif ya da promosyon kodu kullanırken mağaza (Apple veya Google) ve RevenueCat, "bu Apple Kimliği ya da Google hesabı Paygio Pro'yu aldı mı?" sorusunu bu ve sonraki cihazlarda yanıtlamak için gereken satın alma ve yetki bilgisini (satın alma geçmişi) işler. RevenueCat bunun için anonim bir kimlik üretir; sizden ad, e-posta veya hesap istenmez.
• Teklif ve promosyon kodları mağazanın kendi ekranında girilir. Paygio bir kodu hiçbir zaman görmez, saklamaz ve doğrulamaz.

Cihazınızda kalanlar

Kaydettiğiniz her şey — kişiler, borçlar, ödemeler, notlar, kategoriler ve eklediğiniz dekont veya belgeler.

• Kayıtlarınız cihazınızdaki şifreli bir veritabanında saklanır.
• Şifreleme anahtarı cihazınızda kriptografik rastgele baytlardan üretilir ve iOS Keychain'inde (Android'de Keystore) saklanır. iCloud Anahtar Zinciri açıksa iOS, anahtar ve yedek parolasını uçtan uca şifreli biçimde aynı Apple hesabındaki cihazlarınıza eşitleyebilir. Android'deki güvenli kopya yalnızca cihazda kalır.
• Ekler, diğer uygulamaların okuyamayacağı özel uygulama alanına kopyalanır.

Veri cihazdan ne zaman çıkar

Aktardığınız içerik şu durumlarda cihazdan çıkar:

1. Dışa aktarma (CSV / PDF). Dosya, sistemin paylaşım penceresinden gönderdiğiniz yere gider — e-posta, Dosyalar, başka bir uygulama. Oradan sonrası o hizmetin gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
2. Şifreli yedek. Yedek dosyası sizin belirlediğiniz parolayla şifrelenir; anahtar PBKDF2-SHA256 (600.000 tur) ile türetilir ve dosya, kurcalanma veya yanlış parola tespit edilecek şekilde doğrulanır. Parolayı kaybederseniz yedek geri getirilemez — ne sizin ne bizim tarafımızdan.
3. Ekleri yeniden paylaşmanız. Dışa aktarmayla aynı: gönderdiğiniz yere gider.

Otomatik yedeklemeyi açıp paylaşılan bir klasör seçerseniz Paygio, şifreli yedeği haftada bir o klasöre yazabilir. iOS ayrıca yukarıda açıklanan Keychain öğelerini iCloud Anahtar Zinciri üzerinden eşitleyebilir. Paygio'nun kendi sunucusuna veri gitmez.

Cihaz yedekleri

Telefonunuzu iCloud'a veya bilgisayara yedeklerseniz bu yedek Paygio'nun veritabanı dosyasını içerebilir; ancak yeni telefona geçiş için Paygio'nun kendi şifreli yedeğini kullanın. iCloud Anahtar Zinciri açıksa Paygio kayıtlı parolayı yeni iPhone'da otomatik deneyebilir. Android'de yeni cihazda yedek parolasını bir kez girmeniz gerekir.

İzinler

• Fotoğraflar — yalnızca dekont veya fatura eklemeyi seçtiğinizde. Paygio seçtiğiniz görseli okuyup kendi özel alanına kopyalar. Kitaplığınızda gezinmez, kamera ve mikrofon izni istemez.
• Bildirimler — yalnızca cihazınızın kendi zamanladığı yerel vade hatırlatıcıları için. Hiçbir push sunucusu üzerinden bir şey gönderilmez.
• Face ID / Touch ID / parmak izi / yüz tanıma — yalnızca uygulamayı açmak için. Biyometrik veriyi tamamen işletim sistemi yönetir; Paygio hiçbir zaman görmez.

Verilerinizi silme

• Defteriniz. Kaydettiğiniz her şey yalnızca cihazınızda durur. Kayıtları uygulama içinden tek tek silebilir ya da Paygio'yu kaldırarak veritabanını ve anahtarını tamamen silebilirsiniz. Paygio sunucusunda silinecek bir kopya yoktur.
• Satın alma kayıtları. Paygio Pro satın aldıysanız RevenueCat bu kaydı anonim bir kimlik altında tutar. Silinmesini istiyorsanız fatihpulcuoglu@gmail.com adresine "Paygio veri silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; mümkünse Apple veya Google makbuzundaki sipariş numarasını ekleyin. RevenueCat müşteri kaydını 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla onaylarız. Apple ve Google kendi işlem kayıtlarını kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre saklar; RevenueCat kaydının silinmesi satın almanızı Apple Kimliğinizden veya Google hesabınızdan kaldırmaz.

Çocuklar

Paygio 18 yaş ve üzerindeki yetişkinlere yöneliktir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Defteriniz cihazınızda kalır ve hiçbir zaman hesap açılmaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse, güncel sürüm en üstte yeni bir tarihle bu adreste yayımlanır.
